With this behaviour in his file, you would have thought the FBI would have fingered him the first YEAR, not seven years later. His license should have been pulled and they should have thrown him into Guantanamo.
Something sounds fishy to me. Maybe he was protected.
If this can go unchecked, can you imagine WHO is running the bio-warfare labs?
And why have so many bio-warfare scientists been murdered this past decade?
