Imagine had NASA not existed, what would be the world today?

Thanks to NASA (and its openness), we know so much more about the universe, the planets, our own planet and about us humans.

NASA has never stopped being criticized, ever since the Apollo 1 fire, but it took us to space, to the Moon, took hundreds of astronauts into the big void.

Sometimes, like a cheap manned access to space, it couldn't achieve this and then everybody blamed each other for either lack of funding, or lack of foresightedness.

Some even claim they can do better.....But I'm waiting because it hasn't materialized itself yet.

The US should be thankful for NASA to exist.
