Yes, Jupiter is an easy catch right now for after sunset viewing. I’m too busy to right now to set the scope up for some detailed observing.
Up and outside at 3:30am for the Persieds and saw 16 meteors by 4am with a few really bright streaks. It faded after that so I guess the peak was before I got out there. A few long and bright shows until 5:30 made it all worth losing a hour of sleep.
