Relatively speaking
They have exercize equipment abort the station and basic stuff aboard the Shuttle that compensates for lack of gravity with acceleration and dynamic tension. One might speculate about how the use (or misuse) of that equipment can overcome the problems of effective deployment of ben wa technology in microgravity...but I think I'll leave it as an exercize for the reader.
