I seriously doubt there have been any unauthorized ummmm dockings in the american space program....
The video of drifting blobs of water is neat, but imagine being the first person to come into a capsule after such an event.
And the NASA penchant for technical jargon would take all the fun out of it....
"Houston, we had a premature ejection of payload"
"...Deploying and extending probe..."
"10...9...8...7 -oops- 30 minutes until countdown restart"
