Of course I am--being facetious...
However, I AM royally pissed. We're long past nationalizing anything. Hell, everything's global. If we tried it, we'd end up at war with a third of the world.

Let's just kidnap some oil execs and charge a huge ransom. OTOH, that won't work. The Oil companies would sacrifice their execs readily to protect their profits.
