We still have snowbirds/northerners that have homes here and actually have them boarded up during the summer-hurricane season.
Believe me, in the community where I live, there's a percentage that's holding on for dear life.
So far, so good, but then there's this blackout of having an election year. So, they're holding on, but who knows.
Bring on bigger government and taxes and who knows...
