The House website has crashed, and I'm trying to locate the roll call, but I suspect the reasons Democrats voted "no" include:
Bill not far enough to the Left
Constituents ripping their guy a new one (for whatever reason)
Still, these are just wild-ass guesses. The thing is, I would think their reasons, whatever they are, would be something very important to this discussion, and it's not irrelevant to bring it up. I think I'll be able to tell a lot just by looking at the names.
It would be nice if someone else brought the info here so I don't have to.
