Too many people confuse "smooth flow of speech" with "sense."
Biden has no idea what he's talking about. Roe v. Wade does not deal with the trimester issues he brings up. I don't know what the "liberty clause" in the 14th Amendment has to do with Roe v. Wade except as a possible argument against it ("...nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law"). And where does "consensus" come out of this case? The man is babbling, hoping the fact that he sounds like he knows what he's talking about is enough. Unfortunately, for many people, it is.
Is there a Supreme Court decision he disagrees with? Why yes, the one he worked on for a thousand hours. You notice he didn't name the case.
Palin admittedly froze--you would think she would have popped up with the Exxon Valdez case.
But here's an experiment you can try: Ask anybody cold which Supreme Court decisions they've disagreed with. See if you get more than one, and if so, how many they can name by case titles. Unless they're lawyers, of course.
