re: Credit crunch? We need to raise interest rates.
I never really understood the inflated home values across the country. Here in Houston, home prices, especially in the burbs, have not gone up much. In the 80’s a 2500 sqft home went for around 80K. Now they go for around 150-160K, and that is on a quarter acre.
I see the same size house for 500K, 750K and even a million, for sale around the country and I am in disbelief. Who can afford these high priced homes?
