McCain's quickly running out of electoral real estate
Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, Indiana - McCain must in all likelihood win ALL FIVE of these "red state" to have any realistic chance of winning the election. But right now he's behind or tied in all but Indiana. That's no doubt why he bailed out of Michigan, and by all appearances also out of Pennsylvania, and now he's making a last stand in the red states that gave Bush the win in 2004.
And by the way I think one of the biggest surprises of election night could be an unexpected Obama win in...Georgia...
