Screw the little guy. He should not have borrowed more than he can pay back. I hope he learns his lesson.
Much more efficient is funnelling the money directly to leveraged investment bankers. Much better. After all, to a conservative, funnelling money directly to them is so much more efficient. They are responsible borrowers.
