Judging the actions of individuals is one thing; collectively judging an entire culture is another entirely
Assessing collective blame, passing judgement, or defining as inferior or somehow deficient an entire group of people, based upon their common cultural identity is the very definition of racism, or ethnic/religious bigotry. It's highly illogical, unscientific, and just plain wrong and unacceptable.
Culture is how communities of human being express themselves and their common experiences, in their various forms of art, clothing, religious and nonreligious customs, beliefs and practices, and social activities. Cultural expression is the celebration of our humanity, and if we have any love for our humanity, it deserve our unconditional respect.
