If you had been McCain, how would you have responded?

Note that anything at all along the lines of "No, Obama is not an Arab" would have been interpreted the same way by the Left as a shot at Arabs.

You are not allowed to use any version of "not that there's anything wrong with that!"

Maybe his best bet would have been to just shoot the old lady on the spot.
