Based on the trailer, not so much...
From the trailer that's floating around, the ENTERPRISE was built on the ground, by scruffy human welders clambering around with handheld arc welders on poorly-lit scaffolding. In short, just like World War II liberty ships during an air-raid blackout. Even a current-vintage shipyard looks a hell of a lot more modern.
True, we don't know exactly what 22nd century starship construction looks like, but that scene was so inane as to make me pretty dubious about the whole movie.
