Powell did some damn good work in the military, and has been an honorable man. Although he seems to identify himself as a Republican, he's never been a conservative, and nobody who knows anything about him was really surprised by his endorsement of Obama.

I fully expect a shitstorm in his direction, and have already seen some of it on the radar, but you're not going to hear any from me.
