I saw it on Friday.
As a movie, it's well-made, though the bouncing back and forth from time period to time period gets a little tiresome. The performances are unbelievably good. I never thought Richard Dreyfuss could ever scare me, but he did!
Mr. Bush is portrayed as a pathetic figure, man with certain talents for pleasing people and influential parents, who has spent his whole life trying vainly to please his father.
I'd love to say, Jacob, that I view him more sympathetically now, but I'm afraid I haven't been able to forget that his inadequacies have cost people their lives.
