The guy is a pathetic wretch, in way over his head, and has personality characteristics which guarantee failure.

AND, his actions have caused untold misery throughout the world.

There is the defense argument that perpetrators have been abused, misunderstood, and endured privations and therefore should not be found guilty for their actions.

I believe Bush should be judged by his actions and their consequences. His Narcissistic Personality Disorder helps us understand, does not absolve of guilt, responsibility or accountability.

With no noticable show of modesty, that is my humble opinion.
