And Bush didn't do that why?
He inherited a surplus and had both houses of Congress for 6 years. You'd think that if those plans would have worked Bush would have done it. So we know those won't work, or be done. Even by Conservatives.
As I recall, the Ds had to clean up the Reagan - Bush the First mess. Only this one is bigger.
I don't think Conservatives gave a damn who paid it or how as long as they made the big bucks now.
