it might be important to say that any real improvement in the economy must be based on real physical growth, not on financial simulation of same. Of course, the financial system must be "fixed" in some way, which will require a new monetary regime etc. But this only enables, not provides the real growth.
Real economic growth requires:
-a purge of the budget. All non-productive expenses, social transfers and the like should be eliminated.
-fixing education - lowering costs and educating the really necessary workers and engineers, not mass-producing pseudo-humanists.
-massive government investment in infrastructure.
-massive expansion of energy production - central here is to build a large number of nuclear reactors. Drilling for oil everywhere.
-creating a cost-efficient health system (any national system in the English style will fail; look at Germany instead).
-lowering costs of doing business - unnecessary regulations, racial and gender privileges in hiring, expensive privileges for disabled, complicated tax system etc.
-reform in military expenses. Eliminating inefficient weapons programs with unrealistic specifications. Concentration on building cost-efficent weapons based on the current, not future technology. Separating the projects which are to provide future technology from mass-produced weapon systems.
-transferring the costs of the American military to its foreign beneficiaries, with some kind of a disguised tribute system.
