Oh I'm not saying there won't be chaos
and lots of people will be losing their shirts. I'm in no way applauding the innocent victims of all of this. I'm simply saying that even during the Great Depression, there were people smart enough to set themselves up to make money off of the ridiculous emotional swings.
Buy cheap, sell high works always. It's pretty basic stuff.
