I knew the technicalities of Intrade and futures trading were different from going to a bookie, but isn't it really all the same in the end? You pick a winner or loser, put your money down, and if you hit it right, you make money. Wrong, you lose. And the house always comes out on top in the end.
I'll have to find a copy of Trading Places - sounds interesting. The nude scene doesn't enter into my choice. Not at all. Where exactly does it occur? I will make a point of ignoring it. Really, I will.
