Yes, as in Keep It Simple, Stupid.

I know, those of us that know are waning and fast, but I do hope that someone, 'someone' steps up to the plate and let everyone know what's important... besides $$$$$$$$$'s and besides hundreds and even thousands of useless manpower hours that could be used elsewhere in our space program.
