re: More on Lunar ice

"So, somewhere around 90 K or higher in Shackleton crater. Or around -183 C. "

Say you at Shackleton and the surface temperature at the crater floor is -183 C. How much variation of temperature is there in the crater surface. And if the surface temperature is
-183 C what is the temperature a foot and 3 feet below this surface and at bedrock?

A related question is what is the average temperature including lit and shadowed areas of the polar region of the Moon. And are there regions within the polar region with significantly higher or lower average surface temperatures
