And when Tech's Gulch is finished there'll naturally be a 5 star resort/hotel for dignitaries, visitors and potential invitees.

I'll make sure they make a great Mocha Latte.

But be forewarned there will be an awful lot of neo-cons, Randians, Inventor-Capitalists and such riff-raff around.

And Tech's Gulch will, technically & legally, not be on US soil.
