There was no line, and only two voting booths were occupied when I arrived at the polling place, a Baptist church. That was about 10AM, which seems like one of the optimums to avoid the morning, lunch, and commute-home crunches. Paper ballots, too. Last time was electronic, if I recall right, and I don't recall that there were any big problems, but no doubt the county bought one of the models that the Secretary of State has banned.
It'll be interesting to see how it goes when all those people try to vote after work. Turnout's generally expected to set records, and since I live in a pretty politicized area, I've no doubt that Baptist church is going to see more people than it does any other time of the year.
