I got a chuckle, but I wont defend it-

But he owned his mistake, and CALLED Nancy Reagan to apologize...

Obama apologized to Reagan "for the careless and offhanded remark," Obama transition team spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter said.

"The president-elect expressed his admiration and affection for Mrs. Reagan that so many Americans share and they had a warm conversation," Cutter said.

This also illustrates why I will never be president- all it would take is someone to set up an irrisistable opportunity to make a totally inappropriate pun and my campaign would be derailed...

So, to stop the rampant speculation, I am announcing that I do not plan to run for president in 2012.
