As far as Rothkopf, I'm not ignorant on this topic. I read as much about his book (and other books) as I could find on the internet, then spent some time reading some of his other articles (you should read his take on Obama).
At this point, it's entirely possible that I know more about him and his views than you do, and about what he proposes for future international financial issues. Like you, he doesn't seem to realize that any "global governance mechanisms" will end up just being tools of the "superclass," not a controlling influence. In the non-print version of the Newsweek article Rothkopf wrote on the "superclass," there was a link to another writer who supported the creation of an all-powerful world bank. As though we hadn't had enough lessons on putting all our financial eggs in too few baskets.
"Unclear on the concept." More centralizing of power is NOT the answer.
BTW, considering the number of people who yell at me for being condescending, I sure seem to see a lot of that dished out in my direction. I don't need you or anyone else lecturing me about intelligence or credibility. You know better.
