The planets are too far away

Venus averages 40 million miles from Earth and Jupiter is over 400
million miles distant. All the planets combined have less influence on
our planet than the Moon and Sun combined. And it does not matter
where they are in the Sol system in relation to us.

Have there been any science studies of the Moon influencing Earth
beyond the tides and gradually slowing its rotation rate?
