Yes!
Brrrrrr....It's freakin' cold from the Pacific to the Great Lakes.
An outdoor electronic display yesterday showed a reading
of minus 37 here in Calgary, Alberta....That was with
minimal wind blowing.
So if you think you're LUCKY and have airline reservations
to....Las Vegas...heh heh heh heh...They had 3.6 inches of
snow there the other day.
You have airfare to Los Angeles?...Not much better.
There were wet snow flakes falling in MALIBU a little while ago.
And Cajun and Tejon Passes, leading to LA basin,
endured a large snow fall.
Worse may be on its way!...A fresh surge of frigid-air
is drifting down the western half of North America.
Imagine LA freeways coated with ICE if worse comes to worse?
Maybe it's ALASKA'S revenge for Governor Palin's defeat. ;-)
Well?....What about airfare to Miami or to the Bahamas?
A long-range weather forecast seems to show that the jetstream
may send cool or cold air down to that part of North America
around New Years.
Happy Holidays!
To my fellow canucks. If you have airline reservations to the south this season.
