against Wall Street speculators and profiteers says it all. [I'll give the gist of that comic strip]:
They want their investments, profits and speculations to be unfettered, Laissez-Faire capitalism.
But they ALSO want their innevitable financial failures to be protected
by socialistic government protection [government bailouts].
