Photos of Mars are food for fodder

I joined the Mars Society when they STARTED.
I got their publications and saw the photos.
What looked like water and rivers to me back in the 80's were always denied.
It was their internal way of handling the possibility of life on mars. It was so dry, you couldn't constitute it with gallons of water. THAT's when the conspiracy folks came out.
Government denial is always complicity.

And then along came Clinton at a press conference in the 90's with all the scientists around him and some high ringer from the Vatican making an official statement on TV claiming they "thought" water on mars was a real possibility.

I have seen belt buckles made of stone or polished minerals with dendrites in them that look like landscapes. I've seen it all before.
