It's a clear cut case of Republicans seeking to entertain other Republicans by mocking black people.
The Republicans grab the catchy and provocative title from the LA Times article, and have some actor/singer create a silly song by imitating their sterrotypical ideas of the speech patterns and attitudes of "real black people" like Al Sharpton.
What's next for the Republicans? Singing in a fake Spanish accent to the tune of "Pedro the wetback?" Oh, no, that's not offensive, we're just making a satire about the physical condition of an illegal immigarnt crossing the river...
Give me a break.
Go ahead and offend all the people you want to, Republicans. All you'll do is turn off more and more mature and responsible Americans with these insensitive and offensive antics. We'll see how well you do in future elections with fewer and fewer votes from people of all racial and ethnic groups.
