I'm curious.
Was that a male or female moose?
Was she nursing? By any chance did she have twins? What happened to the little mooselets? Did you run them down too? Three for the price of one?
Pretty much everyone knows a moose, or deer for that matter, will absolutely destroy a car. Someone may be picking moose out of the grill, but someone else will be picking that same grill out of the driver's butt.
A couple of months ago a lady out near the farm bought a new Ford Explorer. Three days later she hit an elk.
They were able to salvage more of the elk than of the Explorer. (Almost.)
