It amazes me how, considering that most people belong to one religion or another...
How they, as a clear majority, can feel threatened by a few dissenters
and act like a persecuted minority.
I guess control must always be absolute. And anyone who thinks most
religious organizations are really about political and social control don't
have a clue - which is just what such groups want from their followers.
