Tom, has taken words from this conversation and now I'm a murdering bigot like Lee. Of course it would be ludicrous to actually bring physical harm to someone like Rush. As you say there's more chance it would turn him into a martyr. Thanks for having the sense of irony to see what I was truly saying. It's amazing what one can glean when they read all the words.
I love it though when I get Tom's attention anymore. I've decided it's my calling in life to be a thorn in his side. I've given up trying to actually change his mind about anything. He's reached that stage of life where I'm certain his favorite phase is "You kids get off my lawn!". His once neighborly demeanor seems to have been replaced with a snarling Dick Cheney persona or even worse he's becoming Dennis Miller, a guy that once cause me to roll on the floor with laughter and overnight he just stopped being funny.
