The initial response to 911 was pretty good, until it was used as an excuse to invade Iraq and violate our constitutional rights.
Needless to say there has been a lot of water(boarding) under the bridge since then. Illegal wiretapping, torture, politicizing intelligence to start a war. Politicizing the justice department to investigate political enemies and let off political allies. Editing scientific reports on global warming. Unconstitutional trials. Abu Grahib. Katrina. Utter inaction on health care. Utter inaction on energy independence. Utter incompetence on handling the aftermath of the Iraq invasion for YEARS. Actively working against global environmental treaties. Eight years of economic stagnation, even when there was small growth it felt like a recession to most. Alienating most of the world with unilateralism. And now the total economic meltdown on his watch.
Thank GAWD this disaster of a human being is gone!
