Cheney criticizes Bush for not pardoning Scooter

Was on Olberman tonight. Evidently, Cheney had lost a lot of his influence toward the end.

Also on Olberman: Did you know, there COULD be some pardons around that weren't announced? No law says he has to announce them. You'd only know if someone were being threatened with arrest and pulled the pardon card. Interesting!
