What has beat the smallest shreds of humanity out of many people? For some blacks it's a bit understandable, but what about the Caucaians who have in essence been Princes of this society?

How is it "Christians" have not read the "Sermon on the Mount", or any of the words of Christ? How can these "Christians" support routine torture, the "ticking bomb" not applicable to more than a small handful of people, if any? Or hate other religions, peoples, even other "Christians"?

How is it they see to it that millions and millions of fellow Americans don't have preventative health insurance, or school lunches for kids? What allows them to cheer on slaughters, whether it be Iraqis, Afghans, Pakistanis, or Palestinians? Or resist things like Workers Compensation, environmental protections?

Why would they resent Medicare and Social Security and support unbelievable expenditures for weapons against non-existent enemies? What good is the F-35, or a new generation of nuclear submarines? When was the last time US shores were seriously threatened from a foreign power? (Pearl Harbor and the Japanese invasion of the Aleutians were attacks, not serious threats to America.)

Nuclear aircraft carriers protecting what? "Projecting power" why? What makes some people so enchanted with the idea exploiting others and not taking care of one's own citizens?

These are seriously damaged people at the level of human-ness. Disconnected from compassion, empathy or connectedness except for themselves there is a real soul-sickness. I wonder what does it?
