It was a CNN story that seems to be factually correct, NOT the original WaPo story- and you and Steve leaped to discredit it before you even read it... You saw 'Hacking' and 'Russia' and dutifully went to work to support the party line.
The only reference to the WaPo story is "The Washington Post first reported the existence of the malicious software."
You went obviously didn't look at the link mcfly posted, and instead went running for the partisan hack playbook and found the playbook for the WaPo story online and erroneously applied it here. Echoing the stuff you found nearly verbatim.
Its a fact that several of us have noticed, but have not pointed out because its fun watching you go through the contortions of reason and ethics needed to defend Putin and stand by Trump...
