We waterboarded three known terrorists, years ago. The Democrats had two years to bring legal charges. They had nothing. They still don't.

No doubt a show trial could generate some kind of charge against some poor intelligence operative, like the peripheral charge they finally laid against Libby, but the function of the trial would be to generate political hay, not bring any kind of justice.

I'm fascinated that the liberals on this board seem to want to discuss almost anything other than what's going on in Washington right now. How long is the Bush Derangement automatic pilot going to keep running?
