No! I wouldn't be surprised if North Korea has abandoned work
on Taepodong 2, because it suffered failures and had too short a range.
It could barely hit Hawaii.
I would expect Kim Jong [mentally] Il to have started work on perhaps
a Taepodong 3 in the last 10 years? Something able to carry a nuke at least as far as Seattle or LA.
As for Pakistan?..You would think with India's success with its
Chandrayaan lunar orbiter that Pakistan would try something like that.
So far, no word.
