There's no general information in that article on precision strikes and their results that hasn't been known for the past half year. But apparently now that the "right" president is in office, Newsweek can finally let us know how well this tactic is working.
Same for the "hearts and minds" efforts that have been going on in Afghanistan and Iraq for years now. I used to post the details here, but nobody was interested in "DoD propaganda."
