10 metre starship warp

It takes a Jupiter mass of energy to create a 10 metre wide warp-bubble not to travel 10 metres. But that's making certain assumptions about the relevant fields involved. There might be ambient fields that would make the energy requirements lower - the dark energy might allow warp bubbles at lower energy.
