But you guys are from different camps and I think you're trying to find some common ground (there ain't any). Yesterday at work I was listening to two older conservative women talking about the bailouts and agreeing it had ALL to do with those people who couldn't afford homes because no one checked they were buying $500,000 homes and were making $50,000 a year. That was it. They were poor, greedy, stupid liberals.

I had to go out and get some fresh air. Can't be around that way of thinking.
There are people who firmly hold their narrow beliefs because they are too afraid to learn more and lose their psychological security. It's almost like a badge of honor, to be financially secure; it's a back-scratching club here in the South.

They're born that way, just like a liberal. Few cross lines back and forth, but at least those that do, are honest in their assumptions.
