At least start with decriminalizing marijuana
Marijuana is a weed. If it becomes legal, the price on it would probably at about the level of lettuce.
I doubt most of the drug crime in Mexico is marijuana-related, though.
You want an infrastructure program to employ thousands? Build that damn barrier across the southern border.
