Charge $20 for a joint, about the same as 3 to 4 hard drinks
First off, the banning of marijuana for medical purposes is unconstitutional, period. I researched the Founding Fathers views on Native American psychoactive plants several decades ago. This research was printed on the fornt page of the Outlook section of the
Washington Post, and then promptly ignored.
Recreational use is a separate matter entirely. IMO, recreationally, screw fight for your right to party: work for your buzz, long hair.
There are some drugs which are definitely destructive, and the funds from the $20 joint should be used for both treatment and interdiction.
Since I've had a stroke, I'm going to have to restrain myself and not comment further.
