It's an interesting idea. When a corporation gets almost all of its money from government contracts (I suspect this is true for some military contractors, although I haven't checked), is it really a private company? Where is the line?
Government is metastized into almost everything.
I don't know what the exact division of jobs is going to be, but in that article, all I was seeing was more government hires.
