either lying or deceiving himself and or others.....
Obama has far far FAR bigger problems than trying to keep NASA alive.

If China, Japan, India, the Arabs or the EU
fail to buy up trillions of dollars of additional and growing
AmerIcan debt, the American economy and federal budget will collapse.
It will collapse and result in hyperinflation or worse.
And one of the first things to go will be NASA.

Then?...Goodbye ISS... Goodbye NASA's moon project.
