Okay guy from dell turned up buzzed the wrong door and had the wrong telephone number lol l heard next door buzzer keep going so I answered it thank good :). engineer score 100% call centre ummmmmmmmmm 70% was a nice chap and really helpful but seven is not six. All ends well servers working wohooooooooooo next step linux.
